RE/MAX Masters is making this Standardized Operating Procedure available on any publicly available website and mobile device application maintained by the Broker and any of its licensees and teams. Broker has copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public upon request at Broker’s office location.
Please be advised in providing services to potential homebuyers, RE/MAX Masters:
Does not require - Prospective buyer clients to show identification*
Does not require - Exclusive broker agreements
Does not require - Pre-approval for a mortgage loan*
*Although RE/MAX Masters may not require such information, to start providing services to homebuyers, a Seller of real estate may require Identification and/or a Pre-approval for a mortgage loan including proof of funds, prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer. RE/MAX Masters will require a valid lender pre-approval and/or proof of funds to submit an offer for a homebuyer.
RE/MAX Masters recommends to all homebuyers to review and fully understand the advantages and benefits of entering into an exclusive broker agreement and highly recommends that before viewing any property that they speak with a lender and obtain a written pre-approval.
RE/MAX Masters will require Prospective Tenants to enter into an Exclusive Broker Agreement.
