Simon Dean has lived in the Syracuse area for the last 25 years, and is a graduate of Westhill High School.
He has worked in carpentry, property management, residential and commercial construction and has extensive fire department experience. Simon is very familiar with construction and maintenance.
Simon has also been tested and certified through the National Association of Home Inspectors and the Statte of New York, and has served as the local chapter President of NACHI.
To become a professional home inspector, Simon was trained by ASHI professionals in the business of home inspections and related services.
