Baldwinsville has a strong academic program. The high school curriculum includes French, Spanish, Latin, German, and Russian. Several Advanced Placement and College Credit courses are available to students as well as many Fine Arts courses. Students may also participate in a co-op program to gain valuable work experience. The high school facilities include a radio station, swimming pool, and outdoor track on which state track and field meets have been run.
Baldwinsville fields many strong athletic teams. Other extra-curriculars include a competitive Debate Team and a Water Polo Team. There are several musical ensembles, and high school students produce a musical each year.
