Here are the dates an times for the salesperson's pre-licensing real estate courses in the Central New York and Syracuse area for the next few months. Please contact us for prices and availability. These courses fill up fast, so you are advised to book your place as soon as you can.

Licensing Testing
A score of 70% or better must be achieved on the licensing course final examination.
A score of 70% or better must also be achieved on the New York State Licensing Exam.

Licensing Issuance
Affiliate your salesperson license with any broker.
New York State stipulates salesperson license renewal every 2 years for a fee of $50.
22.5 hours of continuing education every 2 year is required in order to renew a license.
