First, let me thank you for your help yesterday. Ted and I were very pleased with your performance and believe you were a valuable asset in the the contract negotiations yesterday for the Hanson house. We could not have done it without you and certainly we wouldn't have been able to negotiate the sales price!!

Secondly, thank you for your hospitality. Your office space and home are "drop dead georgous"!!!! And last, for all the waiting you did in our van with our FOUR children is most commendable. What a brave and generous soul. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Christine Schulz

I have been most pleased with the assistance rendered by Dawn Wilmes. She has been responsive and very helpful in supplying me with information on school systems, homes, and etc. Retiring from the military after 23 years of service is a time filled with uncertainties and knowing that someone is on the other end assisting in the move is like seeing a light in a storm. I feel that Dawn Wilmes has really gone above and beyond her duties in assisting me and my family. She should be commended on her relentless and untiring efforts to assist the customer.
